On-site guest security

  • Gated, staffed grounds with a security presence.
  • Secure parking within the resort perimeter.
  • Trained staff on hand throughout your stay.
  • Emergency contact information provided at check-in.

Pool & beach safety

  • Posted signage and depth markings around the pools.
  • Guidance on ocean conditions; please heed staff advice and any flags.
  • Children must be supervised at all times near water.
  • First-aid provision on-site; nearest medical facilities identified for emergencies.

Website & booking data security

  • Our website is served over HTTPS (SSL) to protect data in transit.
  • Enquiry and newsletter forms include anti-spam protection.
  • Payments, once online booking is live, will be handled by a reputable, PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card details ourselves.
  • We follow the principles in our Privacy Policy and apply reasonable safeguards to your personal data.

Payment safety tips

  • We will only ever ask for payment through our official channels confirmed in writing.
  • Be cautious of anyone requesting payment to personal accounts claiming to be Irele. When in doubt, verify with us directly.
